Working principle of the vacuum suction cup
After the suction cup contacts with the workpiece, a temporary sealed space is formed. Through the vacuum generation device, the pressure in the sealed space is reduced, so that the internal pressure is lower than the external pressure, resulting in the internal and external pressure difference, so that the vacuum suction cup and the workpiece are squeezed together. The greater the internal and external pressure difference, the stronger the extrusion force, and the stronger the adsorption force of the suction cup. Increasing the pressure in the sealed space makes the internal and external pressure difference smaller, and the suction cup is separated from the workpiece.
